Spanning generations, Mock Associates, Inc. has been building on its foundation of pride and customer satisfaction. With over 30 yrs in the new home construction field, Mock has been in involved in the construction of new single family, multi-family and towhomes throughout New Mexico and northern Arizona .
Over the past years Mock Associates, Inc. has been responsible for building a number of houses in the greater New Mexico and Arizona area. These areas include houses in:
Quintessence: A subdivision in the far northeast heights
Pico La Cueva and Black Oak Ct: completed upscale custom homes
The Kolls of Paradise Hills: A subdivison on Albuquerque far westside
Coachmen Estate: Semi-Custom home sub-divison on the east side of Albuquerque
Lamplighter Estate: Semi-Custom home sub-divison on the east side of Albuquerque
Desert Sage: development of 39 home sites on Albuquerques for south west side
Baca Subdivison: Semi-Custom homes in Portales New Mexico
Raven Wood Estates: The devlopement and construction of 43 home sites in Portales New Mexico
Navajo Nation Project: The devlopement and construction of 157 home sites for the Navajo Nation in Shiprock New Mexico and Arizon.
Sawmill Community Land Trust: This project consists of 50+ homes in the heart of central Albuquerque. Designed with affordable living in mind, this project consisted of triplexes, duplexes, and single family clusters.
Mariposa communty: upscale custom home in northern Rio Rancho
Offsite Projects: Over the years Mock Associates Inc. has been involved in the construction of dozens of projects scattered across the greater Albuquerque area. These projects range in size from simple entry level homes to some of the finest detailed oriented custom homes around.
