After 30 yrs. of building homes, Mock knows that having a home built, whether it’s your first or fifth, can be an exciting and overwhelming experience. That’s why at Mock Associates we pride ourselves in taking the extra time and effort to walk new homeowners through the whole homebuilding process.
Over the years of building Mock Associates has been able to establish a team of people to help in the home buying process.
Financing
Over the past couple of years getting financing for your home has become just as big of a concern for home buyers as trying to find your new home. Luckily Mock has been able to establish great relationships with lending institutions that will work side by side with Mock to help with your financing needs. Mock will help in answering all the questions that arise during financing process. Mock Associates will help to make sure you are getting into a home that best matches each persons financial position
Construction Process
The act of constructing a home is a truly detailed process that can take months to complete. For all homeowners seeing your dream home come to life should be an exciting time. During this time Mock understands that questions can arise about the building process. Mock Associates encourages all homeowners to ask questions during the construction. Mock Associates will schedule times with the new homeowner to walk through their new home and ask any question they might have about any part of the construction process. Mock will also keep homeowners updated on the scheduled completion of their new home so that all new homeowners will have ample time to prepare for the new transition into their new home.
Color Selection
For most people picking the right finishes for your home is almost as important as picking the right floor plan. All the finishes in your home is what can truly make a house a home. With that in mind Mock will take all the steps necessary to make sure every new customer can put together a package that is right for them.
- Mock will meet with every new home buyer to help assist them in picking the finishes for their new home.
- Each homebuyer will to be able to go through a large selection of carpet, tile, contertop finishes, cabinets , interior and exterior colors to pick all of the finishes that will make their house a home.
Completion/Walkthrough
Once your home is completed Mock Associates will schedule an appointment with the new homeowner to walk the home one final time to inspect the workmanship of the home and make sure all of the finishes are up to the standards of the new homeowner. It is during this time that a Mock Associate employee will walk the home and address all of the key points of the home. Including where the main water line is, how to handle a tripped electrical outlet and what to do with your heating and cooling units during season changes.
Warranty
For additional piece of mind, Mock Associates offers each and every homeowner a Limited One Year Warrant. This warranty will be given and reviewed with the homeowner at the time of walkthrough and will explained in detail all items that are covered under their limited warranty and what necessary steps that will be taken to fix any issues that might occur.
